The location is convenient, right next to a metro station, but the room felt cramped and lacked a table.

The staff was helpful and excellent can provide additional tips.

the staff are all very friendly and provide good service. even better than some other more expensive hotels. We arived at new year's eve and did not manage to find a room to stay. The night staff allow us to stay for the night at the hotel lobby until it is time to check in to our hotel room. From my observation, he was very friendly and chatted with all the guests who returned that night.

Simple yet functional accommodations, with modern bathrooms that stand out for their cleanliness and design. A cool bakery just a few doors down offers delicious pastries worth trying daily.

Rooms feel cramped, especially for two with luggage, lacking sufficient space for more than one person to move comfortably. Strong noise comes from the inner courtyard, which affects the shower experience as it's barely big enough for taller guests. No desk or table makes it hard to manage personal items, and the smoke from outside can seep into non-smoking rooms.

I liked the location. The neighbourghood was quite, safe not a touristic area. And having a nice restaurant in the hotel was very handy.Also there are some nice caffees arround to have breakfast, and a nice boulangerie in front of the hotel. Picpus metro station is few meters distance, which was very handy.Hotel personnel very friendly.

I made a very clear request when I did my reservation, asking for twin beds, but we had to ask again when we got the room, cause it was a double bed. However, they fixed tha right away.

Good value for money, clean enough, friendly staff, and right next to a metro station. The language abilities of staff ranged from very good English to sufficient.

A little bit noisy in the mornings with people walking up and down the stairs.

I found the Le Petit Cosy Hotel to be a good stay. The room, while cozy, was very clean and nicely decorated, and I loved how the staff were very good, offering amazing scrambled eggs and freshly brewed coffee for breakfast. I appreciated their willingness to converse in English.

The size and quality of the rooms. Its very small and the families next door were very loud, was hard to sleep.

Ideal and clean hotel, the stuff who served us were accommodating, and it had marvellous location close to metro. The room we booked was modernly furnished and functional and provided with a comfy bed as well as a shared bathroom.

The daily cleaning service was consistent and thorough, ensuring a pleasant environment. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, like the freshly made scrambled eggs and a variety of pastries. The nearby bakery was purely good, with a great selection of treats to indulge in every morning. A few areas could use some attention. The room felt a bit cramped when maneuvering around luggage. While the staff were generally friendly and helpful, I did experience slow service during breakfast on one occasion where I had to wait longer than expected for coffee. The charming atmosphere and convenient location.

Location is good. Just right next to Metro station.

There is no lift available and no bathroom on the room.

Good price for a Paris Hotel. Clean and warm room, 24H reception service. Next to Picpus Metro Station and really close to Nation, which is a bigger station. I would definitely recommend this to travelers on a budget.

The Wi-Fi was troublesome at times. The walls are really thin and you could hear the people living in the other rooms. The room was really small without a table or a desk.

the breakfast options were varied, with delicious scrambled eggs. the bathroom had a few ligh problems.
